【学习目标】
一. 语言知识与技能目标 (一)语言知识目标
1.能熟练地听、说、读以下词汇:
present, cake, card, candle, party, January, was, be born, go on 2. 能听读以下句型: 1)What’s going on? 2)I was born in January.
3. 能借助情境理解课文,并进行表演。
(二)语言技能目标
1.能用正确的语音语调朗读课文对话。
2.能在听说的活动中理解和运用本课单词和句型,并能运用所学的语言进行模拟交际。
(三)学习策略目标
小组合作学习,积极交流,共同完成学习任务。
(四)情感态度目标
1. 乐于模仿,敢于开口说英语,积极与人交流。
2. 通过活动,培养学生参与课堂教学活动的兴趣和积极性。

二、学情分析
四年级的学生一般都活泼好动,形象思维好。但本模块词汇量大,功能词多,尤其是比较复杂的12个月份的单词学习,可能让学生对英语产生了一定的畏难感。而且他们对旧知识的遗忘率较高,因此常常表达起来不是很流畅。创设生日会的情景,营造融洽愉快的课堂氛围,有利于打破不敢说英语的心理障碍。经过Module5的学习,学生基本掌握了现在进行时的结构,对动词ing形式并不陌生。利用抽签的方式寻找小寿星,满足孩子们的寻求刺激的特点,增进他们进行小组合作学习的热情。
三、教学重、难点
重点:1.能正确理解并流利朗读课文。 2. I was born in + 月份的句型 难点: What’s going on?的理解和运用。
【资源准备】
教具(生日蛋糕、蜡烛、生日卡、动物头饰)、绘本音频录制、相关视频 四、教学策略
1.利用图片、视频、实物创设情景,帮助学生直观地理解和学习对话内容。
2.重视全员参与,采取全班学习、个人学习、小组合作学习的形式,使各个层面的学生都能参与。 五、教学过程

1、I do, you say环节应该选择和本节课相关的短语,例如:blow out the candles, cut the cake等。
2、最后的拓展可以让学生自由发挥,发挥想象力自己编故事。
3、注意表演礼仪,面向观众,谢幕说谢谢等。
