教学背景分析:
这个单元的中心话题是“生活方式”,第一课和第四课属于阅读课,向学生展示了不同的个人生活方式,而第二课和第三课是听说课,涉及到了不同的生活方式的选择。本单元旨在引导学生讨论相关话题,让他们了解不同的生活方式,树立正确的生活观价值观,并选择正确的生活方式,单元语法目标是复习初中所学的基本的英语时态。在本课中,我们通过听力材料向学生介绍了轻松的生活方式和活动以及压力是如何产生的和怎样应对压力,帮助学生正确地认识并应对压力,同时学会生活方式和压力相关的词汇和表达喜好、困惑的句型,并且能够运用所学知识正确表达自己的压力所在,并尝试解决问题。 学生分析:
学生处于高中阶段初期,对于高中的教学模式还比较陌生,本课又是学生第一次接触听力课,所以可能会对听力材料的长度和速度感到困惑,觉得答案比较难以听出来,所以面对学生这样的情况,教师在听力前的准备工作一定要做好,并且要教给学生适当的听力策略,帮助学生在听前做好准备,并且教会学生在听力播放时能够准确定位并记录答案。而在口语表达部分,教师也应该帮助学生结合自己所学的内容,运用自己已知的口语技巧去组织语言并正确地表达自己的观点看法。

1. Knowledge aim: 1)To learn words and phrases about relaxing lifesyle and stress; 2. Skill aim: 1) To learn to prepare well before listening;
2) To learn to get speific information in listening material; 3) To learn to express one’s opinion about how to deal with stress; 3. Attitudes aim: 1) To learn to deal with stress correctly.

Ask Ss whether they want to have a relaxing lifestyle and what may cause strees in their daily life. Try to think about things make them feel stressful.

Pre Listening: Ask Ss to think about things that can relieve their stress and lead in some words related to the listening material: stress, pressure, suffer from, reduce, organise. Try to think about things that can reduce stress and learn the new words.

Listening Strategies: Pediction Explain the Listening Strategies about Prediction to Ss and ask Ss to prepare for the listening material. Learn the strategies about predition and read the questions and predict the answers. 让学生了解听力的必要环节—预测,并且做好准备听下一段材料。

Listening Task 3: Ask Ss to listen to the interview between the journalist and the expert and check their prediction. Try to learn the process and understand the reasons. 让学生带着他们的预测,有目的地进行听力训练,帮助学生在听力材料中准确地定位并记录答案。

This lesson contains two listening material, both of which are very useful for Ss to relieve stress. They are not as difficult as I think, and Ss can do a predition

before listening, so Ss can get the answers of the questions easily. After learning, Ss can do a coversation by their own to express their preference in lifestyle and their problems and help others in relieving stress.
