For what reasons do people smoke? Where can and can’t people smoke? How to stop smoking?
First, before getting some facts about smoking, ask students: do you smoke? The teacher says I hope every one of you will be a non-smoker. And then ask: do your family members or friends smoke? If they do, what will you do? Follow them? Or help them stop smoking? From this start, let the students form some ideas about whether it is right to smoke. Then Ask students how many smokers there are in China
