一.教材分析
本节课是单元话题复习课，以美食节为主题，以康康和他的朋友们谈论筹备美食节并将所得资金捐给Free the Children组织、康康在妈妈的帮助之下学习烹饪、美食节开幕等讨论为发展主线，培养学生了解各国饮食习惯的文化意识目标以及激发学生关爱他人、尊重他人饮食习惯等情感目标。 二．教学目标 1.知识目标
（1）复习单元词汇以及短语。 （2）复习各种西方食物名称。 （3）复习表示顺序的词。 2.能力目标：
（1）能根据图文就“美食节”举办筹划，食物准备，食物和所属国家与同学进行交流。
（2）能根据不同国家的餐桌礼仪进行交流。 （3）能利用点餐、就餐的句型进行对话。 3.情感态度：
激发学生关爱他人、尊重他人饮食习惯 三．教学重点以及难点
教学重点：通过话题复习，让学生掌握相关的词汇以及表达。 教学难点：激发学生关爱他人，尊重他人习惯的情感态度。 四．教学方法：情境教学法 五．教学用具：多媒体 六．教学过程：
Step1. Greeting and lead-in 1.Get students ready for learning. 2. Show the learning goals. 3.Show a picture and discuss:
What are they talking about? Lead in the lesson.
Step2. The purpose of the food festival
1.Show some pictures and key word about Craig Kielburger, let students introduce him and his group.
2.Listen to a passage and complete the table. Step3. The preparation of the food festival
1.Discuss what the food festival will be like with the help of the pictures and the examples.
2.Review the names of foods from different countries. 3.List some other foods , and let students classify them.
4.Review the process of cooking fried rice and get students to summarize the words of sequence.
5.Review the western table manners, table manners and ways to eat in different countries .
Step4. The opening of the food festival 1.Review the opening speech
2.Get students to make up a conversation according to the bill. Let students review how to order and offer meals. Step5. The results of the food festival
