Step 1 Creating situations sing a song(Apple Tree)
Teacher takes out an apple, and attempt to eat it. Step 2 Experience and exploration
1. Learn the new words on the cards. And then practice reading and
spelling them.
2. Use the pictures to learn the main sentences.
① Don’t eat in class. ② Don’t arrive late for class. ③ Don’t listen to music in class. ④ Don’t run in the hallways. ⑤ Don’t fight.
3. Do 1a on P19. Then ask a student do it on the screen.
Step 3 Listening
T: There are so many boys and girls in the picture. Let’s find out who they are. Who is Peter? Who is Amy? Who is Mike? Please listen to the tape then write the numbers after the names.(do 1b on P19) 1. Before listening: read the questions carefully. 2. While Listening 3. Post listening(Task Ⅰ)

Step 5 Sublimate feelings
