一、教材分析
课文主要介绍了五个备受欢迎的卡通人物形象，包括美猴王、怪物史莱克、小丑鱼尼莫、丁丁和史努比。卡通故事和卡通人物是青少年喜欢的话题，每个学生都有自己喜欢的卡通人物和卡通故事，此话题能够激发学生的学习兴趣和参与意识。教师可以借助此话题的优势，设计读、写的教学活动。
二、设计理念
Unit 2是一节阅读写作课，本课时的主要任务是阅读，在教学中主要培养学生阅读理解的能力和技巧。教师在教学中，可运用阅读教学“五步法”开展教学，即“一读大意”——“二抓细节”——“三解疑惑”——“四会赏析”——“五能运用”。在教学中，渗透阅读策略的运用。语法重点是对不同时态的综合运用，教师要引导学生关注不同时态的语句的功能差异，引导学生思考、理解和掌握。写作的重点是指导学生能够写一篇有关自己最喜欢的卡通人物的短文。

九、教学反思
在本节课的教学中，我以新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动。首先，教学中突出阅读教学。在教学中，我能较好地把握基于策略训练的阅读教学的特点，即围绕如何训练学生的阅读策略来进行教学设计和安排教学活动。在教学中渗透了猜词策略，预测策略，寻读，略读等阅读策略进行拓展阅读。让学生学到学以致用，充分提高学生的阅读能力。其次，我能充分发挥教师的指导作用，提高策略训练的效果。在本节课的学习中，我能较好地扮演着一个引导者的角色，在各个环节设计了不同的任务，让学生通过自由阅读，小组合作阅读来完成教学任务。尽量地把阅读、讨论的时间留给学生，让学生成为课堂的主角，充分体现了学生为主体的探究式合作学习方式。在整篇文章的学习过程中，我能适时地提醒学生要合理使用目标策略，保证学生使用目标策略的效果。
在教学过程中，我收获很大，但也有许多不足，例如：学生的参与度不均衡，有一些学生却习惯于当听众，被动地接受别人的观点。很少发表自己的个人意见。在开展教学活动时，个别小组出现“冷清”的场面，这些学生只顾自己独立思考，停留在独立学习的层次上，没有发挥合作学习的优势，使合作流于形式。在今后的教学中，我既要注意到每个合作小组成员的合理编排，又要注意到自己教学内容的设计、话题的趣味性以及如何把学生的积极性真正地调动起来。
通过这节课的教学及反思，我更好地看到了自己在教学上的优势与不足，为将来更顺利地进行教学明确了自己要发展和努力的方向。
