心话题而设计的。 文中的两位主人公都是初三的学生,正好适合当前初三学生的心理发展特征,许多孩子在初三阶段面对家长和老师的压力,产生厌学或叛逆。相信学生在学习这篇 Reading 时,定能产生共鸣,有所感悟。
学情分
析 学生已经进入了初三阶段,对青少年这一阶段的问题相当熟悉,他们中的许多人其实就是文中的 Millie 和 Simon.他们对于青少年问题有绝对的发言权。在英语学习方面,学生已有一定的听、说、读、写的基础。但对于描述人的心理
变化、 内心斗争、 寻求帮助的词汇、 句型及相关言语技能需要进一步的学习。

(1) . Which phrase or sentence do you like? Why?
(2). Do you have the same feeling as Millie?
4. Finish the letter from Sigmund on Page 39 and understand the main idea.
1. Through listening、reading、discussing, improve the students’ listening and reading skills.
2. Help the students learn the keywords and useful phrases while reading the letter carefully.
3. Encourage the students to find out the useful phrases and express their own views after reading Millie’s letter.

我围绕本单元的主旋律设计了多个教学任务和活
动,从学生的角度设计教学内容。从开始的视频导入到借助图片学习新单词,为学生进行阅读中的听力环节扫除障碍。细读环节引领学生挖掘文本传达的信息,并学习其中有用的词组和句型,为学生后面环节的讨论活动做足了语言知识铺垫。 我结合教学需要,灵活地创造性地使用教材,本节课节奏快、容量大,整个教学中学生都处在一个英语信息接收和输出的氛围中。多媒体教学的运用使学生从视觉、听觉多方面来训练学生的语言技能,提供了较真实的语言环境。在教学活动中,教师始终以饱满的情绪和形象生动的表情和肢体语言和学生进行交流,这样充分调动了学生的学习热情,积极主动地投入到教学活动中。
在情感教育上,通过图片展示生活中父母、老师等给予学生们的爱,教育孩子们学会与他人沟通,及时解决自己的问题,积极乐观地面对生活。
本节课也有些需要改进之处,首先整节课容量较大,设计活动较多导致学生最后的活动展示时间有点仓促;其次,由于准备不够充分,几个过渡句没有衔接到位;还有和学生交流时使用了稍微复杂的句子,造成学生没能及时接收到教师传达的信息,以后在教学方面将在这些不足之处进行改进,从而进一步提高自己的教育教学能力!
