一、教材分析
本课是第六单元的第四课时。学生在前面已学过人物特征的描述和家庭成员的称呼等内容。在教学时,教师要通过创设情景,运用多种教学手段,开展灵活多样的教学活动,将新旧知识有机结合,对本单元知识加以强化,从而让学生更好地掌握和拓展职业这一话题。因此,这节课的教学任务是如何在学习新知识的基础上,拓展和利用所学的旧知识,真正达到学以致用。 二、教学目标 1、知识目标:
(1)能听、说、认读新授单词: cook, driver, farmer, doctor, nurse. (2)能综合运用句型:What’s his \ her job ? He \ She is a...
2、能力目标: 学生能运用句型What’s your father’s \ mother’s...job?问答并完成调查表;能简单描述自己父母的职业。 3、情感、策略、文化目标:
(1)情感态度:培养学生从小树立树立远大理想的情感。
(2)学习策略:在各种任务型活动中注重小组协作学习,培养学生小组合作学习的能力。 三、教学重难点
教学重点: 能听、说、认读新授单词: cook, driver, farmer, doctor, nurse. 教学难点: 1、能综合运用句型:What’s his \ her job ? He \ She is a... 2、能简单描述自己父母的职业并完成采访调查活动。
四、教学过程: 一、Preparation
1. Greetings: Good morning, class! How are you?
Today, I’ll divide you into two groups. If you do a good job, I’ll give you a prize. Are you clear?
2. Review the words of part A, ok? family, parents, uncle, aunt, cousin, baby brother.
二、Presentation (一)Warm-up
1. 最后一个单词显示Miss Hu,引出照片 oh, here is Miss Hu.
2. Introduction: Miss Hu. I’m 28 years old. I work in Shi Lipu Primary School. My job is a teacher.引出并教授生词job. (二)呈现新课 (Presentation) A.单词导呈 1.learn:doctor
(1)Do you know any other jobs? Now, I want to play a role,guess who am I ? (嘘,师戴听诊器听学生心跳).引导学生说doctor。
(2)领读单词,分音节读单词,指名读、小组读,板书单词
(3)PPT展示医生图片,提问What’s his job?PPT展示句子及注释,引导学生回答 He is a doctor.教师领读对话。
(4)教师利用图片向学生提问:What’s his job? 2. Learn: nurse
(1)T:(出示护士的图片)Look! Is she a doctor? Ss: No.
T: Good! What’s her job? S: She is a nurse.
(2)领读单词,分音节读单词,指名读、小组读,板书单词
(3)展示医生图片,提问What’s her job?PPT展示句子及注释,引导学生回答 She is a nurse.教师领读对话。
(4)教师利用图片向学生提问:What’s her job? 3. Learn: farmer
(1)PPT展示农民爷爷图片,oh ,grandfather.提问: What’s your grandfather’s job? 引导学生说farmer。
(2)领读单词,分音节读单词,指名读、小组读,板书单词
(3)展示医生图片,提问What’s his job?PPT展示句子及注释,引导学生回答 He is a farmer.教师领读对话。
(4)教师利用图片向学生提问:What’s your father’s job? 4. Learn: driver
(1)T: Listen to the tape. Guess Who is it? 引导学生回答diver (2)领读单词,分音节读单词,指名读、小组读,板书单词
(3)PPT展示医生图片,提问What’s his job?PPT展示句子及注释,引导学生回答 He is a driver.教师领读对话。
(4)教师利用图片向学生提问:What’s your father’s job? 5、Learn: cook
(1)T:(出示美食短片)Guess! Who makes it?(学生猜他的职业)引出cook. (2)领读单词,分音节读单词,指名读、小组读,板书单词
(3)展示医生图片,提问What’s his job?PPT展示句子及注释,引导学生回答 He is a driver.教师领读对话。
(4)教师利用图片向学生提问:What’s your father’s job? B.听读正音
Listen to the tape and read after the tape. C.合作学习。 小组内读单词。 三、Game:心心相印。
教师挑选学生,两人一组。老师单独给一生看词卡,该生根据词卡做动作,另外一生猜。猜对一个得一份。
Now, let’s play a game. One act out and one guess out. We have a demand: NO REPETITION! Who first? Girls!(你演我猜) 四、dream job
When Miss Hu is 10, I want to be a ……What about you ? 五、Production 1、15年后的名片
1) Time flies! Here we have a time machine. We come to 2022, please make a name card for yourself. First, look at my name card: name,job…..! 2) make your own name card
3) who can chat with Miss Hu with your name card. 4) practice in pairs
5) it’s show time. A: Hello! B: hi!
A: What’s your name? B: My name’s A: nice to meet you! B: nice to meet you, too! A: What’s your job? B: I’m a …. What’s your job? A: I’m a… Do you like your job?
B: Yes, it’s very helpful/good/nice/interesting/fun/so so.
词汇补充:rewarding 有价值的, challenging, boring, stressful紧张的;压力重的 2、课堂小结,德育渗透:Today we learned some new words, they are...And we talked about our dream jobs...At last, please remember: The best preparation for good work tomorrow is to do good work today. 五、Homework.
Collecting other jobs! 收集生活中其他表示职业的单词。
